- You can apply upgrade
awards after your ticket purchase, but at least 72 hours
prior to departure.
* Sponsor and Accrual of Mileage
- You can upgrade maximum 4 guests by one upgrade request.
- Asiana Silver / Gold members can sponsor mileage only to family
members
who are enrolled in the FMP (Family Mileage Program)
- Asiana Diamond / Platinum may use their miles to upgrade a guest
including
but not limited to their FMP members
- You will have access to upgraded airport services such as priority
check-in,
excess baggage allowance, lounge etc., however you will
only be credited
mileage according to your purchased class.
- No paper receipt is required for your upgrade. Simply go to the
check-in
counter of the upgraded class with your identification to check-in
on the day
of departure.
* Restrictions
- Your request may not be confirmed due to seat availability and
blackout
periods during peak season.
- Non-Star operated flights and code share flights are currently
not available.
- Upgrades are not available for single cabin class flights.
- Upgrades may be restricted if you have special requests, such as
special meals,
accompanying infants and PETs. This condition is subject to
the operation carrier's policy.

* Cancellations and Change of requests
- Your original booking will be automatically cancelled once your
upgrade
request is completed.
- Your miles will be returned in case of cancellation before departure
or No- show.
- For cancellation of your upgrade, please contact operating airline
to downgrade.

airline
for cancellation of your original booking and request
upgrade again through
